Things Happen

Life is just happening. And it’s happening all around us. And although we are a part of it, it will keep on happening however it happens.

The only reasons are the ones that we’ve created. And those reasons we create will, in turn, create our own experience of life. So what experience of life are you creating?

Or can you ditch the reasons and just experience life as it is, as it's happening?

How empowering would it be to remove yourself as “the power.” What do I mean? You go to the store and your child, back at home, drops a glass jar cutting open their finger. You think… “if I didn’t go to the store, this would have never happened?” Maybe, but maybe not, and your actions were not the reason for the result of a cut a finger. Think of areas in your life where there might be shame, guilt, regret, etc. That you might be thinking “if I had only…” Now reframe that experience with the idea that things happen, that no matter what you did or didn’t do, things would have happened.

See… LIFE IS ALWAYS HAPPENING. We are a part of it, but we mistaken life is happening with I am making life happen or, if you get stuck in the victim mindset, life is happening to me. But life isn’t personal, you are not in control of what happens nor is life targeting you in its happenings.

Now this is not to lead you into inaction or non-involvement in life, it is simply to act from your highest good regardless of the results. it allows you to let go of the fear, the expectations, conditionality and actually experience the fullness of life because it is no longer tainted by these personalizations. It is experiencing life just the way it is.
