I perused the internet for the various online yoga classes and have found Bre's online classes to be perfect with the variety of her classes, varying lengths and her little reminders during a session. I started using her classes regularly 3 times a week and over several months I am able to see real progress both in execution of a session and improvement in the poses. I was very hesitant since I am not a big fan of online programs. Previously I preferred to attend live classes and used to attend three per week. Now I am very happy with Bre's and plan to continue with them even though classes have opened up in my area. This gives me the freedom to do Yoga whenever I wish.
