ILLUMINATING BREATH JOURNEY
Saturday May 11th from 12:30- 4:30pm at Flow Yoga Studio, Lakewood, CO
Many limiting patterns and beliefs are lodged in the unconscious and can end up "running the show" without you even realizing it. The breath can act as a bridge between your conscious and unconscious to clear out old patterns or stories that no longer serve you, bring you back into balance, and open the door to new insights about one's Self and the world around you.
Join Bre Allison for a transformative breath experience to move beyond limitations and rediscover your inner guidance and infinite potential. In this workshop, we will start by connecting and establishing trust within the group. You will learn the basic circular breath from Integral Breath Therapy and the energizing breath we will use for the Breath Journey. You will explore grounding as a foundation for this practice and how the group will support each other before moving into the Breath Journey which is accompanied by music. The session will end with a mandala drawing and final circle to integrate the experience.
**The class is limited to 10 people and registration is required by May 7th. Investment is $100.
The energizing Breath Journey is not recommended for those with epilepsy, heart problems, severe health conditions, and pregnancy. If you have questions about the workshop or concerns regarding health contraindications, please reach out to bre@breallison.com.

Your body in Yoga & Motion
SEPTEMBER 11TH 2020, 5:30-7:00PM
The goal of this class is to gain a deeper understanding of your body that you can integrate into your yoga practice, hobbies, and everyday life. First we will "workshop" and break down certain poses to explore your unique structure, tendencies, strengths, & compensations. Next, we will implement that knowledge into a yoga practice. We will wrap up the class by answering any remaining questions, so you can take this understanding into future classes and your daily routine. September focus is strength & flexibility. HAppy hour yoga & Birthday Fundraiser

Raising money to support solar projects in Nepal through the Himalayan Light Foundation. Donations for the happy hour yoga will go directly towards two solar projects for a school & health center. You can learn about the projects here. Please RSVP, so that you can receive the zoom link morning of event. No experience needed. Bring a drink and a SMILE!

Embrace summer while we got it & switch up your Friday evening with a little outdoor yoga & beer. I will be teaching a fun all levels outdoor yoga class followed by a couple brewskies at Joyvagen’s side yard… I guarantee it beats any entertainment you’ll find at the Dollar.

Through the practice of Yoga Nidra you are able to release the conditioned habits holding you back and create new opportunities.

WRITING YOUR STORY
If you don't write your future, your past will do it for you. This Yoga Nidra Workshop will focus on creating the story of your dreams and building goals & intentions to live it out. By releasing beliefs that stand in your way and identifying what is most important for you right now, you can become the author of your everyday. When you stand in nothing, you can create anything. This workshop will incorporate a new writing & intention setting exercise [bring a journal if you want], along with a brief overview of the practice & a nice, long Yoga Nidra to finish the evening.
