At times, stress is a helpful tool capable of boosting energy and attention. It can help us get things done. When stress becomes a negative force in a person’s life, it may trigger a host of unwanted effects. Stress is a nearly universal human experience, so every person can benefit from learning about the condition and finding tools to manage its potentially harmful impact. We invite you to join us for a day that combines informational lectures with experiential practices to take home with you. They will dive into an overview of the nervous system and how it works, the different types of stress and the impact on your physiology, and mindfulness as a tool for living stress-less.

Meet the Teachers
Meghan Gaspers pulls knowledge from a multidisciplinary background. She is a board certified massage therapist, myofascial bodyworker, health coach, registered yoga teacher, and is currently studying Somatic Experiencing which works with stress physiology and nervous system regulation. Meghan has spent the last 13 years working with clients from many walks of life with varying goals and has found a real passion for working with chronic pain and stress. Meghan is committed to meeting people where they are and to create clear and attainable goals to get them where they would like to be and beyond. She welcomes anyone who is curious about what else life has to offer so that they may live a pain free, unadulterated life full of ease and joy and to have the tools to stay in that state of being.
Brooke Davidson is a yoga teacher, writer, and outdoorswoman. Her offerings are built upon the belief that knowledge and mindfulness can help us to more fully align with and embody the best versions of ourselves. A 200hr registered yoga teacher in the midst of a 100hr 'Trauma-Informed Practice' training, Brooke is committed to sharing tools, practices, and insights that can be utilized all throughout day-to-day life.
While working the grind of corporate America, Bre Allison started to realize her life choices were out of alignment with what is truly important to her. She switched career paths pursuing the therapeutic side of Yoga. Studying PTSD for veterans, Traumatic Brain Injury, various forms of meditation and mindfulness, she landed in an 800 hour yoga therapy program. She teaches various healing modalities ranging from breathwork to physical movement to relaxation techniques in private and group settings. She not only shares her learnings from this ongoing education, she has also walked the path- ranging from lifestyle shift to accident recovery and so much in between. Her hope is for more people to experience ease physically, mentally and emotionally.
