Video 1 is an all levels class. It can be done as its own class. At about minute 35, you have the option to stop Video 1 & end with Video 2 which walks you through some more exercises to prep for forearm stand & eventually guiding you through forearm stand against the wall. Pause when wanting to work for a bit longer on any exercises.
