50 Minute Yoga: Twists & A Little Bit of Everything

This video is a vinyasa [flow] style yoga class. It is well rounded incorporating a little bit of everything- hip openers, balancing, twists, neutral poses- while leading up to side crow. It is designed for someone who is a little more familiar of my classes [less explanation or modifications] however anyone can practice with their own modifications.
