FLOW + NIDRā At Santosha Yoga ONLINE
Join me every Thursday 3:30pm MST/ 5:30pm EST at the beautiful online community of Santosha Yoga. This class is a balance between action and stillness, will and surrender, doing and non-doing. We will start with a slower and "physically strengthening" flow while maintaining a focus on the breath, energy and wisdom of the body. There is room for stillness and movement within each posture and an encouraged inner attunement through transitions. It is a more active exploration of asana with inspiration from the I AM teachings. Each class will end with a Yoga Nidrā to directly experience that shift from doing to just being and the natural polarities of life.
Discovering your inner compass
6 weeks to explore a deeper connection with your internal guide through a combination of breathwork and facilitation techniques. The small group will meet every other week for 4 sessions on zoom with a bonus option of a private 1 hour session on in between weeks [for a total of 3 private sessions.] There will be practices and reflective prompts for you to explore on your own time. $100 for the series; $200 for series + 3 private sessions. Intro to Meditation in motion
This month I am offering two opportunities to experience Intro to Meditation in Motion from the comfort of your home…. online via zoom. Monday 2/13 and 2/27 from 9:00-10:15am MST. We will start class with a relaxation technique before transitioning into slow, breath focused movement... revealing how a meditative state can exist even amidst action, even amidst distractions.
