5 weeks to a deeper understanding of Stress & the tools that can help relieve its Effects

Extended periods of stress can be detriment to our mental health & eventually show up physically in our body. The beauty is the physiological regulation of stress already exists inside of us, we just need to know how to tap into it. Learn about the inner workings of stress, long term impacts, & most importantly how to manage it to improve quality of life & create a healthier future. Each session will focus on one of the five tools, starting with a short talk & finishing with a 30-40 minute guided relaxation practice. It is suggested to attend all 5 sessions, as consistency is key to experience more significant changes in your brain & physiology. Research & teachings are derived from the Amrit Institute’s I AM Yoga Nidra training, book & education materials.
