HOLIDAYS WITH EASE
A 4 session program over 6 weeks to help you find some peace & contentment amidst the busy-ness of the holidays. Whether you are looking to find equanimity with stressful relatives or just moments of stillness through the hectic schedule, this course will give you the tools to move with a little more ease through the fluctuations of life. There are prerecorded talks, writing prompts, yoga nidras & mindfulness exercises to practice on your own time & an optional but highly recommended 60 minute call weekly with others in the program.
