my accident defined me

My accident was a part of me

now, My accident is just something that happened

This was my evolution over a period of 18 months. Community, meditation & Yoga Nidra helped me move into a new space… I can still find inspiration from my accident, however it no longer controls me. Originally created Mindful Mountains Collective to support outdoor athletes post accident, I realized that resilience is not limited to accidents & injuries and decided to open the program to anyone exploring personal growth.

This 5 week program is inspired by the power of connection & mindfulness to build resilience, joy & inner peace amidst the mountains we face in our lives. The program consists of one weekly 60 minute video call, Yoga Nidra & meditations to practice at home, mindfulness practices to incorporate between calls, and an online forum to connect.
